Friends of the Parks believes every day should be Earth Day.  In order to come together as a community each spring, Friends of the Parks hosts its annual Earth Day Parks & Preserves Clean-up.

Join volunteers to clean and green a neighborhood park or preserve from 9:00AM - Noon on Saturday, April 21st. Most sites will have extra work gloves - but you may want to bring your own to insure you have a pair. T-Shirts will be given on a first come, first served basis.

Captain's please note this year, we are asking that you bring your own grocery bags from home to help with the clean up efforts. We've learned from several sites that the large bags we supply are too big for some of the smaller sites. We will still be supplying some large bags to all sites.
